  • I want to thank the Center of Divine Mercy for what has turned out to be a very special experience.
I walked in the center just as the Divine Mercy Chaplet had started. One of those in attendance, praying the chaplet was kind enough to stop what they were doing, and give me a prayer guide so I could join in. It’s not hard to be in the center and sense goodness and feel the presence of God. It’s contagious.
At the end of the chaplet, two prayer ministers asked if I wanted them to assist me in praying my special intention. As I made my prayer request to Jesus (they were praying with me), my whole, entire body was flooded with a sensation….I cannot really describe it. It was like something touched the very center of my soul and I just knew Jesus heard my intention.
One of the prayer ministers gave me a tour of the building and we ended up at the book store. The store was packed with so many interesting books, I honestly didn’t know where to start first. The prayer minister showed me a book called “A Call to Trust” and said Mrs. Catherine Lanni was in the bookstore and I am sure she would sign her book if we asked her.
Please pardon my ignorance, but I didn’t know who Mrs. Lanni was. However, I thought, it would be nice to have an author sign her own book, and judging by all the other excellent titles; I felt I couldn’t go wrong buying any book in the store, let alone one signed by the author….all the books were excellent choices. So I said, sure I would buy the book and would very much appreciate if Mrs. Lanni would sign it.
I didn’t know who Mrs. Lanni was, but I certainly do now. God doesn’t waste a miracle, and she is definitely a miracle. It’s not often you read a book that will profoundly change your life. This is truly an experience that I can only state has been a true gift and blessing from God. What a wonderful, wonderful day I will treasure and all from an impromptu visit to the Center of Divine Mercy.
    Sincerely, Mark Badalament

  • This is a great place to go receive prayer, experience God's love, and participate in Mass & Confession. If you're looking for a place to pray and encounter God, go here.

There is also a great bookstore full of Catholic Christian items.
